Summer is hot in Aggieland, y'all.
One of the ways you can beat that heat for portrait sessions is to get up and shoot early, which is what Miranda and Albert chose to do! We met on campus at Texas A&M University at 7 am on a Sunday, and had the place completely to ourselves. I think we essentially ended up taking our own walking tour of campus, because we hit SO many spots! Aggie readers will surely notice all of their favorite campus landmarks in these photographs.
It was fun for me because I usually am shooting on campus at sunset. In the morning, the light was flip-flopped, and so at each location I got to shoot in the opposite direction from what I typically do. This allowed me to play with some new angles and perspectives on some of my favorite campus spots.
It really was a lovely morning spent getting to know two Aggie who are clearly quite in love. Add to that their custom wedding 12th Man towels, and this photographer was smitten.
Miranda and Albert, I wish you the Happiest and Aggie-est of weddings!!
